Bill McNeely, Chief Executive Officer
Prior to founding The McNeely Group LLC, Mr. McNeely was a consultant at the 13th fastest growing young technology company in North America as ranked by Deloitte & Touche. While in this position, Mr. McNeely advised the Army’s G4 (Logistics) in establishing a reverse supply chain for contractor acquired property. In late 2006 through 2007, while at a Big Five consulting firm, Mr. McNeely advised the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior in reorganizing the directorate responsible for protecting critical infrastructure. In mid 2005 and 2006, Mr. McNeely managed several logistics projects in Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain and the UAE for the largest logistics provider in the Middle East. In addition to his commercial experience, Mr. McNeely has 9 years experience in the US military. While in the military Mr. McNeely managed training, bulk fuel, warehouse and fleet operations. Mr. McNeely expertise lies in the realm of project management, logistics and business development. Mr. McNeely’s formal education includes a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Tarleton University in 2001.
Walter Bannister, Vice President
Mr. Bannister currently works as a Logistic Project Manager with over 25 years of experience. Throughout Mr. Bannister’s career he worked closely with various agencies to include the US military, as well as the governments of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan and Dubai Government to enhance their end to end supply chain management process and procedures. Mr. Bannister worked as a project manager for the largest logistic provider in the Middle East, with outstanding results from December 2005 to present. He sucessfully managed the cost, scope, time, risk, quality, communications, customer satisfaction, development; end to end supply chain solutions, to include e-commerce, logistics technology, budgeting, and consultancy for various projects. Mr. Bannister has numerous certifications and courses to include project management, supply chain management, facility security officer, federal emergency management agency and weapons laser systems. He holds a bachelor degree in Logistic Management from Summit University.
Garrett Evanson, Vice President
As the former Chief Operating Office of an international consulting firm, Mr. Evenson's fifteen years experience and expertise in developing solutions for clients ranged from supply chain and logistics, information systems implementation, business development strategy, business analyst, and project management (PMP certified). As the former Director and then Chief Operating Officer of a multinational consulting practice, Mr. Evenson has been able to involve himself in various aspects across several industries, making his perspective and problem solving an invaluable asset. Prior to consulting, Mr. Evenson was a key leader in the development and execution of international supply chain and information systems implementation for the world’s largest food company. In addition to his business acumen, Mr. Evenson spent four years as an Army Engineer, specializing in overseas operations with operations in Kuwait and Bosnia. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Science from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, specializing in computer science.
